Right click the shortcut and click properties. On the top field that ends with .exe add a space and -offline. Ex: Ubisoft/farcry3.exe -offline. If that no longer works, you may just need to set uplay to offline mode in the settings. Might have to do that at home while you're online, then reboot Uplay into offline mode.
